Pat Davis, Sustainability Manager at Orange Water and Sewer Authority in Carrboro, N.C., and Doris Cooksey, Water Quality and Planning Manager at CPS Energy in San Antonio, will share their experiences in addressing water-energy issues, focusing on how they have coordinated and developed shared strategies with peer utilities located in the communities they serve.
