Twice each year the Water Information Sharing and Analysis Center (WaterISAC) asks water and wastewater utilities to complete a survey of physical and cyber incidents, threats and suspicious activity occurring at their facilities in the previous six months. The survey results will inform WaterISAC’s next bi-annual Water Sector Threat Analysis Report.
WaterISAC invites all water and wastewater utilities to complete the survey. All utilities that participate will receive a copy of the analysis report for the period covered by the survey. Please respond by Friday, July 29, 2016. Click here to complete the survey.
WaterISAC will aggregate the numerical information utilities provide and completely anonymize details of any reported incidents in the analysis report or similar products. Numerical information will be presented only as nationwide totals. As per WaterISAC's confidentiality policy, only WaterISAC staff will see the survey responses. WaterISAC's policy is to never share details of a utility's security incidents or related information with any other entity except with the utility's express permission. This policy applies regardless of whether the utility is a member or non-member. Also, WaterISAC is not subject to public disclosure laws.
