AMWA, together with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and several other water sector organizations, is developing a series of webcasts designed to foster an improved understanding and use of climate and hydrological data on the Water Resources Dashboard, a one-stop shop for water-relevant data sets. Each webinar session targets one or more datasets and features a NOAA scientist involved in the development or application of the data set being discussed and a practitioner that uses it in their operations or future planning.

The next webcast is Wednesday, August 10, from 1:00-1:30 p.m. ET and the topic is Precipitation Outlooks, focused on the probability of precipitation for the continental U.S. over the next 30 days, and Hazard Outlooks for the next seven to 14 days.  The webcast sessions will include a question and answer time, and webcast recordings will be added under their respective dataset within the Dashboard for future reference.   Registration is required.
