The registration fee for members and other publicly owned water systems is $695. The fee for subscribers is $895.

Confirmation and Refunds: Registrations cannot be confirmed until full payment is received. If you cancel your registration on or before October 15, there will be $100 cancellation fee for those paying by credit card and $50 fee for those who pay be check. No refunds will be given after October 15.

 

Hotel Reservations: As of September 17, the conference hotel - Green Valley Ranch Resort - is fully booked. Members may wish to contact Homewood Suites at 702-450-1045 or Hampton Inn at 702-385-2200. Both have shuttles to Green Valley Ranch. If you have a room at Green Valley Ranch and cancel your reservation, please first contact AMWA's Eugenia Cadena at 202-331-2820 or cadena@amwa.net.

 

Green Valley Ranch Resort is located at 2300 Paseo Verde, Henderson, NV 89052.

 

Ground Transportation: The hotel is about 15 minutes from McCarran International Airport (LAS).

 

Green Valley Ranch Resort has a complimentary shuttle from and to the airport. The pick-up point is outside baggage claim every two hours on the half hour between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. For returning to the airport, buses leave the hotel every two hours on the hour between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.

 

Cabs are also available outside baggage claim for about $25 one-way for one passenger.

 

Spouse Program: This year we will not have a spouse/guest program, but spouses are welcome to attend the receptions. There is a $50 charge per spouse for the off-site reception on Monday, October 25 and no charge for the two receptions at the hotel on Sunday and Tuesday. Spouse online registration is not available. Please complete and fax or mail the spouse registration form, to be found under Spouse Registration at www.amwa.net/cs/2010AnnualMeeting.
