Should you register for the AMWA meeting but be unable to attend, a full refund will be made if the cancellation is received by AMWA on or before October 15, 2007. No refunds will be given after that date.Hotel Reservations: AMWA's block of rooms at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel is full. However, AMWA has reserved a small block of rooms at the nearby Red Lion Hotel on Fifth Avenue at a special rate of $199 per night. Rooms at this rate are only available for check in on Sunday, October 21 and departure on Wednesday, October 24. Ground Transportation: The Fairmont Olympic and the Red Lion are approximately 30 minutes from the SeaTac International Airport by cab ($30-35). Also, the Grayline Downtown Airporter leaves every 30 minutes and the cost is $10.25 one-way or $17.00 round trip per person. Wednesday, October 24 Treatment Plant Tour: Meet in the Fairmont Olympic Hotel lobby at 8:15 a.m. to board vans. One van will return to the hotel by 12:00 noon.
