Online Registration is Now Open!

Confirmation and Refunds: Online registration will be confirmed by email.  Faxed registrations will be accepted and confirmed upon receipt of full payment. A $100 fee will be applied to all cancellations. NO refunds will be issued after September 24.

COVID-19 Precautions: To ensure safety measures are in place, AMWA staff is actively monitoring COVID protocols from CDC, the state of Colorado, the city of Denver and the conference hotel. AMWA will adhere to all requirements.

Hotel Reservations: The Brown Palace Hotel (321 17th Street, Denver, Colorado) has a limited number of rooms set aside for the meeting, so reserve your room ASAP. The special room rate of $229 for a single or double is available for reservations made by September 13, 2021.  The hotel has agreed to extend the group rate to AMWA meeting participants three days before and three days after the conference dates (subject to availability). All rooms are subject to the applicable state and local taxes, currently 15.75%.

To reserve a room, please call 303-297-3111 and indicate you are a registrant of AMWA’s 2021 Executive Management Conference. You can also make your hotel reservation online for conference stays with a Saturday check-in and Wednesday check out.

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Reservations will be held for late arrivals when guaranteed by a credit card or a check for one night's stay. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Wireless internet service is available in-room and in common areas at no additional charge.

Ground Transportation and Parking: The hotel is about 40 minutes from the Denver International Airport. Uber and Lyft are about $50 one-way; a taxi is also available for $80-100 one-way. The A line commuter train from the airport to Denver Union Station, located less than 2 miles from the hotel, is also an option. You can then take a free commuter bus to the hotel. If you drive, the hotel only offers valet parking at the discounted rate of $46.80 per night.

Wednesday Morning Site Visit: The conference concludes with an opportunity to visit Denver Water’s Operations Complex and the under-construction Northwater Treatment Plant. The cost of the visit is $50 per person and includes an optional return trip to Denver International Airport.

Guests of conference attendees are also welcome to enjoy all evening receptions at no charge. Please use the spouse/partner registration form to ensure an accurate count.
