2020 Water Policy Conference - Registration, Hotel and Travel Information

Fees:  Registration for publicly owned water systems is $925 per person.  Registration for AMWA subscribers is $1,025 per person (AMWA subscribers are limited to two registrants per company).

Confirmation and Refunds:  Registrations sent by fax will be accepted but cannot be confirmed until full payment is received.  If you register for the AMWA meeting but cancel there will be a $100.00 fee.  No refunds will be given after March 23.

Hotel Reservations:  A block of rooms has been set aside for the conference, and they must be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis by contacting The Washington Court Hotel directly at 800-321-3010 or 202-628-2100.  The special AMWA room rate of $344 for a single or double room is available only until March 9.  Be sure to indicate Group Name: AMWA2020WPC.  You may also make your reservation online at www.amwa.net/2020WPChotel.

There is a 14.95% sales tax.  Check-in time is 4:00 PM and reservations cannot be held for late arrival unless guaranteed by a credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Diners Club) or a check for one night's stay.  Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.  Cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.  There is an early departure fee of $75.00

The Washington Court Hotel is located at 525 New Jersey Ave., NW, Washington, D.C., 20001.

Ground Transportation:  Reagan National Airport is a 15-minute cab ride to the hotel (approx. $30.00).  Dulles International Airport is a 45-minute cab ride to the hotel (approx. $70).

Spouse/Guest:  A spouse/guest program has not been planned for the conference, but members are welcome to bring spouse/guests to the evening receptions at no charge.  Please complete the appropriate portion of the online registration form.
