On May 22, AMWA submitted comments on proposed revisions to the Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) rule. In its comments, AMWA addressed EPA questions about biannual and electronic delivery requirements, prohibitions on "false and misleading statements," and translation assistance, among other topics. In the letter, the Association also urged EPA to give Compliance Monitoring Data provisions in the proposed rule a separate process.
