The American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) released its “Infrastructure Game Changers” report spotlighting innovative projects across water, surface transportation, freight and more. Several AMWA members were commended for visionary water projects that are forging the way for innovative partnerships, sustainability, environmental stewardship, cost and energy savings.
A Game Changers website features projects of DC Water, Philadelphia Water Department, San Diego County Water Authority and Chicago Department of Water Management. To expand its list of Game Changers, ASCE invites other organizations to identify innovative projects or new ways infrastructure is being planned, built or funded by submitting ideas and links via a form on its website.
