The Administrator is also expected to talk about EPA’s programs to protect water quality and finance infrastructure replacement.

Speakers will include Bureau of Reclamation Commissioner Estevan López; the heads of EPA’s Office of Water and Office of Ground Water and Drinking Water; Rep. Dan Kildee, who represents Flint in Congress, and key congressional committee leaders; and tax-exempt and green bond advisors from Morgan Stanley.
