With the August posting of results from Des Moines Water Works’ Member-to-Member Inquiry on billing service fees, AMWA introduced a new way for members to view the compiled information from these useful, rapid-turn-around surveys. In addition to the Excel presentation typically provided, the data can be viewed in a PDF format that shows the findings in charts and graphs, making it easier for busy executives to quickly understand and assess the information.
AMWA’s Member-to-Member Inquiry program provides a popular forum where utility members can ask questions and share their experiences with other members on various aspects of utility operations. The brief surveys offer a way for utility managers to expeditiously tap the knowledge and experience of their peers.
All of the Member-to Member surveys conducted so far in 2016 are now available in both Excel and PDF formats. Inquiry results are available only to AMWA members.
