Scott Potter of Nashville Metro Water Services was elected president of AMWA by the association’s Board of Directors at the 2015 Executive Management Conference in Savannah in October.  He succeeds Chuck Murray of Fairfax Water.  Also elected as officers for the coming year were Vice President Mac Underwood of Birmingham Water Works, Treasurer Michael Wallis of East Bay Municipal Utility District and Secretary Steve Schneider of Saint Paul Regional Water Services.

Elected to serve expiring and vacant regional and at-large seats were: Angela Licata, New York City Department of Environmental Protection (Region 2); Carrie Lewis, Milwaukee Water Works (Region 5); James Lochhead, Denver Water (Region 8); John Entsminger, Las Vegas Valley Water District (Region 9); Ray Hoffman, Seattle Public Utilities (Region 10); Irene Caminer, Chicago Department of Water Management (at-large); Steve Schneider, Saint Paul Regional Water Services (at-large) and Robert Hunter, Municipal Water District of Orange County (at-large).
