EPA is conducting a webinar on April 10 to discuss the requirements of the recently promulgated Revised Total Coliform Rule (RTCR). The two-hour webinar (1:00 – 3:00 p.m. ET) is the first offered by EPA since finalization of the RTCR and represents “an opportunity for water system operators and state and EPA drinking water program personnel to learn about the new rule requirements.” All water systems are required to begin compliance with RTCR requirements by April 1, 2016.
