EPA is holding a second webinar on its recently released Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) interpretive memorandum on March 7 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. EST. The memorandum clarifies how community water systems may use electronic delivery methods such as email and Internet posting to meet the requirements of the CCR Rule. The webinar will be similar to one conducted on January 17, during which EPA discussed the electronic delivery framework outlined in the CCR interpretive memorandum and provided attendees the opportunity to ask clarifying questions.
