The National Fish and Wildlife Foundation, in cooperation with EPA, the Forest Service and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, announced its request for proposals for the 2015 Five Star & Urban Waters Restoration Program. Proposals are due February 3, 2015. Local and municipal governments are eligible to submit proposals. Project proposals must address each of five priorities: on the ground restoration and planning; partnerships; environmental outreach; education and training; measurable results and sustainability. Grant awards range from $20,000-$50,000.
