The Water Research Foundation released Performance Benchmarking for Effectively Managed Water Utilities, a tool to help water utilities implement the ten key attributes for effective utility management (EUM). The free resources include an Excel-based tracking tool with a user’s guide and a guidance document to help utilities overcome common gaps that hamper implementation of these attributes, conduct assessments and strategically develop key organizational attributes to meet specific EUM goals. A free webcast on the project results and resources will be held March 6 at 3:00 p.m. ET.
