On Jan. 6, 2024 the court released a Claims Administrator report that indicates that out of 1000 utilities that filed to opt out of the proposed DuPont settlement, only 170 were eligible. The report does not include a list so utilities wanting to know the status of their filing should call the hotline number ASAP to ascertain the status of their claim: 855-972-9592.
