Joinder on behalf of eight municipal and quasi-municipal water providers

On August 8, Marten Law filed a joinder on behalf of eight municipal and quasi-municipal water providers in four states, noting at least five defects to the settlement agreement including that the scope of the release for a settlement class member “is overbroad or at least ambiguous.”
