AMWA and the National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA) wrote to a House subcommittee on April 15 to provide feedback on the CLEAN Future Act of 2021 and to encourage the inclusion of provisions to create a low-income drinking water and wastewater ratepayer assistance program.
