Letter on LIHWAP funding in supplemental appropriations legislation

AMWA and other members of the Water Affordability Coalition wrote to House and Senate appropriators on October 17 in support of including funding for the Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program in disaster supplemental appropriations legislation expected to be considered later in the year.
