Letter in support of the "Water Systems PFAS Liability Protection Act"

AMWA was one of five water sector organizations to write to Sen. Cynthia Lummis in support of legislation to protect drinking water and wastewater systems from incurring liability under CERCLA for costs associated with the environmental cleanup of PFAS encountered during the water treatment process.
