Letter in support of the Water Systems PFAS Liability Protection Act

AMWA and other members of the Water Coalition Against PFAS wrote to Congresswoman Gluesenkamp Perez in support of the “Water Systems PFAS Liability Protection Act.” This legislation would protect drinking water, wastewater and stormwater systems from incurring costs associated with cleanup of Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA).
