On January 14, AMWA submitted a letter to EPA on the case Food & Water Watch v. EPA, requesting that EPA appeal this ruling. AMWA's comments outlined concerns with the District Court's decision requiring that EPA take further TSCA action to regulate fluoride in drinking water.
