AMWA submitted a statement for the record to Energy and Commerce leadership ahead of its hearing on EPA's FY27 budget, which included support for the SRF programs, WIFIA, and other financing programs that support water systems in building resilience, addressing cybersecurity concerns, and replacing lead service lines.
