AMWA commented on the proposed Clean Water Act (CWA) hazardous substances worst case discharge planning rule. The association requested further clarification from EPA on how this rule will affect public water systems (PWS) that rely on some CWA hazardous substances to provide clean, safe drinking water to the public.
