AMWA is inviting its members to complete a brief survey on methods utilized to deliver annual consumer confidence reports (CCRs) to customers. The survey, which was emailed to all AMWA members last week, will be open for responses until Friday, July 22.
EPA has allowed community water systems to distribute annual CCRs to customers via the internet since 2013, though the electronic delivery option has not been codified in the law. AMWA last surveyed members on CCR delivery methods in 2014, so this year’s survey will update the association’s data to inform any future questions about the viability of electronic CCR delivery.
