On May 23, EPA released its official Spring 2014 Regulatory Agenda. Published by the Regulatory Information Service Center, a component of the U.S. General Services Administration, the spring agenda provides the latest published insight on the projected schedules for all regulations under development.

There are no big surprises in the agenda for drinking water regulations, which basically confirms the general thinking about the timing of most drinking water regulatory proposals on the horizon. The agenda lists projected proposal timeframes for Finished Water Storage Facility Inspection Requirements (June 2015), LCR revisions (September 2015), carcinogenic VOCs (December 2015), and perchlorate (February 2016).
