Drinking water and wastewater utilities can use EPA’s new Water Utility Public Awareness Kit to inform their customers and community about the value of water services using a number of recently developed communication resources. The kit includes an infographic poster and public service announcements in video, web and various print formats. Some of the materials can be personalized with utility logos. The kit was designed to help water customers become more aware and supportive of the services their local utilities provide.
