FEMA recently announced funding opportunities from the FY 2016 Pre-Disaster Mitigation (PDM) and Flood Mitigation Assistance (FMA) grant programs. These two programs are intended to assist state, local, tribal and territorial governments in reducing the cost of natural disasters to communities and their citizens.
