AMWA members who have not yet completed the association’s survey on methods used to deliver this year’s consumer confidence report (CCR) are encouraged to do so before the survey closes this Friday, July 22.
EPA has allowed community water systems to distribute annual CCRs to customers via the internet since 2013, though the electronic delivery option has not been codified in federal law. AMWA last surveyed members on CCR delivery methods in 2014, so this year’s survey will update the association’s data to inform any future questions about the viability of electronic CCR delivery.
A link to the online survey was sent to AMWA members earlier this month, and to date more than 50 member utilities have completed the survey. Members who missed the email with the survey link should contact [email protected] to have it resent.
