On May 17, EPA transmitted the fourth Contaminant Candidate List (CCL4) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) as part of the interagency review process. The contaminants on CCL4, which comprise the pool of contaminants for potential future regulatory determinations, have not been made public. Based on typical review timeframes, a proposed CCL4 should be released by the end of the year.
