WaterISAC hosted Part 2 of a two-part webinar on preparedness considerations for workplace attacks and active shooter incidents on June 15. Part 1, from the previous week, covered facts and analysis about past incidents and potential indicators of violence, among other topics. Attendees also learned about the “Run, Hide, Fight” protocol along with what to expect from police and other responders during an incident response and what they will expect of you. Part 2 focused on preparedness steps for organizations. The webinar featured Andy Jabbour, the founder of Gate 15, which provides risk management and threat analysis services to public and private sector organizations, including WaterISAC.
