This week the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee is expected to consider Water Resources Development Act (WRDA) legislation that will authorize U.S. Army Corps of Engineers projects across the country.  The bill is also expected to include a title to boost funding for the nation’s drinking water and wastewater infrastructure in the aftermath of the Flint water crisis.

Also this week the Senate is expected to hold a final vote on FY17 Energy and Water appropriations legislation, and the House of Representatives will consider a bill to promote investment in startup companies.
