This week the Senate will continue debate on legislation to address the nationwide opioid epidemic.  Behind the scenes, negotiations are expected to continue on efforts to allow a vote on a bill to deliver emergency federal assistance to help Flint, Michigan replace lead service lines.  A vote on the Flint funding measure could come as early as this week if senators are able to reach an agreement to bring the bill to the floor.
