Building on the Effective Utility Management (EUM) framework, WRF has developed a practical tool to help utilities to conduct assessments and strategically develop key organizational attributes. On Tuesday, March 6, from 3:00 – 4:00 p.m. ET, the foundation will sponsor a webcast to provide background on the project, a description of the recommended processes and an illustration of how to use the benchmarking tool. The webcast will be conducted by members of the project team: Michael Matichich, Yakir Hasit, and Fair Yeager of CH2M HILL. Online registration is available for the webcast, and the project resources can be downloaded from the WRF website.
