AMWA, along with other members of a coalition of water management, infrastructure, and transportation stakeholders, wrote the Appropriations Subcommittee on Commerce, Justice, Science & Related Agencies in both the House and Senate in support of maintaining funding for NOAA's Office of Water Prediction (OWP) within the National Weather Service (NWS).
