Court Order Granting Abeyance During Federal Government Shutdown

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit ordered that AWWA, et al. vs. EPA be held in abeyance pending further order of the Court. New motions to govern further proceedings will be due from litigants within 10 days of the conclusion of the federal government shutdown that began on October 1, 2025.
