Intervenors' Response in Opposition to EPA Motion to Sever

Environmental NGOs intervening in AWWA, et al. vs. EPA filed this motion in opposition to EPA's motion to sever the challenge to the "Hazard Index" PFAS from the challenge to the PFOA and PFOS standards, and to hold the "Hazard Index" challenge in abeyance.
