AMWA wrote to EPA on February 11 to urge that the agency's upcoming guidance on implementation of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law define “eligible recipients” of additionally subsidized SRF funds in such a way as to maximize equity and opportunities for diverse urban communities to access this funding.
