Joint letter to OMB on PFAS CERCLA designation

AMWA joined other organizations in expressing concerns over EPA's commitment to preparing a proposed rule to designate perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) and perfluorooctane sulfonate (PFOS) as hazardous substances under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA).
