Letter to Congress in Support of NCAR

AMWA sent a letter in support of the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) to the leadership of the Senate Commerce and House Science Committees, urging them not to defund or dismantle the institution given its important role in providing water utilities with the latest climate and weather science.
