AMWA joined other water sector associations in writing in support of funding EPA's new Water Workforce Infrastructure Development Grant Program, which will aid the education, training, and development of the next generation of water utility workers. The letter also asked EPA to specifically consider drinking water and wastewater systems to be eligible recipients of the program's grant funds.
