Letter to House Rules Committee in support of Rep. Speier amendment on FY21 WIFIA funding

AMWA and other water sector organizations wrote to the House Rules Committee on July 22, 2020 in support of an amendment offered to the FY21 EPA appropriations bill that would clarify that projects awaiting WIFIA loans funded in previous fiscal years would not have to restart the application process in FY21.
