AMWA led a coalition of eight water, municipal, and special district organizations in endorsing the Financing Lead Out of Water (FLOW) Act of 2023, bipartisan legislation that will reduce administrative burdens for water systems seeking to finance full lead service line replacement projects with tax-exempt bonds.
