AMWA is pleased to announce the promotions of Wingel Caburian and Hayden MacLachlan in recognition of their growing leadership and strong contributions to the association’s work.
Wingel has been promoted to Marketing & Events Manager, reflecting her exceptional initiative and the impact of her work across AMWA’s marketing, content, and event operations. Since joining AMWA in early 2023, Wingel has strengthened the association’s brand presence, elevated member engagement, and supported the delivery of high‑quality programs. Prior to her work at AMWA, she worked with nonprofit associations, including the Fulbright Association, and is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of George Mason University with a background in Communications and Environmental and Sustainability Studies.
In addition, Hayden has been promoted to Manager, Membership and Operations after steadily assuming expanded responsibilities since joining AMWA in late 2023. She has played a central role in strengthening AMWA’s membership and operational processes, including helping to lead the integration of AMWA’s new Association Management System. Hayden’s analytical and mission‑driven approach is shaped by her academic background and community‑focused work. She graduated Cum Laude from The George Washington University with a degree in International Affairs and Geographic Information Systems.
