WaterISAC is asking utilities to complete its quarterly survey on physical and cyber incidents and suspicious activities experienced from April 1 to June 30, 2026. Utilities that respond, whether or not they experienced any incidents, will receive WaterISAC’s next Quarterly Water Sector Incident Summary. The survey takes only a few minutes, and responses are due Friday, July 24.

A PDF of the survey questions is available to help utilities prepare their submissions; however, all responses must be entered through the online survey.
Survey participation helps WaterISAC and sector partners stay informed about emerging threats and supports the prioritization of preparedness measures across water and wastewater utilities. WaterISAC maintains strict confidentiality of all responses. Only WaterISAC staff see full submissions, and the resulting report is marked TLP:AMBER, meaning it may be shared only within your organization or with clients who need the information to protect themselves.
