WaterISAC is working on its semi-annual analysis of security incidents and suspicious activities in the water sector, covering July 1 - December 31, 2013. Input is sought from member utilities through a water sector survey to strengthen the quality and amount of the data included in the upcoming publication.
The survey can be accessed on WaterISAC’s secure portal, and the deadline for responses is January 21.
The survey asks for as much detail as possible on all events, no matter how insignificant they may seem. Some incidents may appear insignificant, but when analyzed with other incidents, they may prove to be part of a possibly dangerous pattern.
