In a WaterISAC webinar scheduled for Tuesday, April 15, 2:00 – 2:40 p.m. ET, Frank Westfall, a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Regional Director and Supervisory Protective Security Advisor, will present on the Protective Security Advisor program known as Site Assistance Visits (SAVs). These assessments inform facility owners and operators about security vulnerabilities and gaps as well as protective measures to increase preparedness for all hazards, including terrorist attacks.

SAVs are conducted by DHS Protective Security Advisors, who are security experts located in all 50 states and Puerto Rico where they serve as direct links between DHS and state and local critical infrastructure partners. Westfall will discuss the different facets of SAVs, including how to request one, what to expect and follow-on activities. Additional information and registration for webinar are available to WaterISAC Pro members online.
