At the Annual Meeting in October, AMWA members elected Carter Stickland of the New York City Department of Environmental Protection, to fill a vacant seat on the AMWA Board of Directors, representing Region II.
In addition, six current Board members were re-elected to three-year terms: Region V – Carrie Lewis, Milwaukee Water Works; Region VIII – James Lochhead, Denver Water; Region IX – Pat Mulroy, Las Vegas Valley Water District, Region X – Chuck Clarke, Cascade Water Alliance; At-Large – Irene Caminer, Chicago Department of Water Management and At-Large – Steve Schneider, St. Paul Regional Water Services.
AMWA officers for the coming year are: President, Pat Mulroy of Las Vegas Valley Water District; Vice President, Chuck Murray of Fairfax Water; Treasurer, Scott Potter of Metro Water Services of Nashville; and Secretary, Michael Wallis of East Bay Municipal Utility District.
