Following the March 25 release of the pre-publication draft of the proposed rulemaking,“Definition of Waters of the Untied States Under the Clean Water Act,” EPA will conduct a webcast today (April 7) on the proposal. The webcast is scheduled for 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. (ET) and will “provide a broad overview of the proposed rule and its costs and benefits.” For those who are attending AMWA’s Water Policy Conference and are thus unable to participate in the webcast, EPA’s presentation will be made available for future viewing.
